Manuflex can reproduce obsolete components
quickly and affordably with our proprietary Shared Mask Gate
Array (SMGA). We do this by retargeting original netlist or
reverse engineering from available control drawing data with
true form, fit functionality that are supported by SMGA manufacturing
technologies and readily procured, extending the life of the
entire system.

Diminishing sources in the electronics industry
have shortened the longevity of existing systems. Some components
used in the original design are no longer procurable due to
changing technology or diminished demand. Refurbishing existing

Netlist Conversion:
Manuflex and Tanner Research have many man-years
of experience in converting outdated or vendor specific netlists
sets into our SMGA design flow. Xilinx XNF, LSI Logic NDL,
and EDIF 1. are just a few of the examples for which we have
provided operating designs.
Re-Engineering:
Missing the front-end design data for your
obsolete component? Manuflex can re-engineer the component
to the original specifications, meeting any ex- isting functional
test criteria, and fabricate the component in any volume using
SMGA. The replacement component will exactly meet your form
fit and func- tion requirements.
