As part of this project, techniques from a variety of branches of engineering and sciences will be implemented to enhance the signal to noise ratio.
Job duties include technical work on projects, including 'hands-on' work in a clean room environment and in an optics lab. The individual will be involved in the technical supervision of projects, including monitoring of technical progress at subcontractors, report writing, and interactions with Government customers.
Requirements
PhD in engineering or sciences is required. Relevant work experience preferred but will consider recent graduates or PhD candidates near graduation. Experience in optics preferred.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is required.
