TSMC Mixed-Signal Design Kits

Low-cost, quick turn-around ASIC prototyping has been a key element in electronic design. However, maintaining support resources such as design kits and libraries, especially those needed to interface with state-of-the-art prototype and foundry services, is a continual struggle for most designers.

Tanner EDA is pleased to announce the availability of complete mixed-signal IC design kits for various TSMC process technologies, with new ones currently being developed.

The following table describes the contents of each TSMC design kit. Please see sample documentation from our MOSIS/SCMOS/TSMC 0.25m set of libraries.
