L-Edit DevGen

L-Edit DevGen generates a parameterized layout of common device. Easily configured for any process including DRC rules and different device layers, L-Edit DevGen enables quick creation of error-free layout.

Devices include:

• Capacitor Generator—constructs a single capacitor or a capacitor array. Dimension controls allow you to constrain one dimension to a fixed value or create square capacitors.
• Inductor Generator—constructs inductor cells as either rectangular or circular coils.
• Resistor Generator—constructs continuous (simple) or segmented (precision) resistor cells
• MOSFET Generator—constructs n-channel or p-channel MOSFET cells using specified transistor parameters and bulk connections.
